Our chocolatiers are nearly always on show demonstrating their
art and skill, but on most days at 11:30 and 3:30 one of them
will actively demonstrate and talk on a particular aspect
of the chocolatier's craft.Learn things like how we make hollow
Easter eggs, what fills a chocolate, and what needs to be
done to chocolate to use it correctly. |

| Learn the art of making
exquisite handmade chocolates with our expert
European chocolatier.
This 3 hour course has been designed to teach
you the basics of chocolate making. The course
is hands on & practical and will allow you
to learn how to temper chocolate, make a delicious
truffle and to then complete a chocolate using
the moulding method.
You can be guaranteed you will get that specialist
treatment and guidance to make sure your chocolate
making experience is personalised to perfection.
Then indulge yourself after your experience
with a real hot chocolate and slice of our delicious
cake and take the time to ask our chocolatier
all those chocolate questions you’ve ever
wanted to know the answer to.

We know that the chocolates we create are world beating, which
is why we're more than happy to let anyone come in and try
our dark, milk and white chocolate for free. We also have
other mouthwatering samples for you to try, depending on what
we're making today! |

Make sure you bring the kids - they're welcome to try the
chocolate, and we have a cubby house, climbing net, slide
and swing. (there are no childminding facilities so you must
supervise your kids on the play equipment) |

There are plenty of interesting facts, figures and memorabilia
for you to browse. There is also a mutimedia display of the
history of chocolate and of its use. Find out where chocolate
comes from, how it is processed and many other interesting
facts. |

Real
hot chocolate
Nothing beats the taste of our internationally famous real
hot chocolate. You make it yourself with real chocolate (dark,
milk or white) in a special cup heated by a candle - once
you've tried one you'll never go back.... |

Fresh
ice-cream
Yes, we also make what we think is the best ice-cream on the
planet. Made using only the freshest natural ingredients with
no artificial preservatives whatsoever, you have to try it
to believe how good it tastes. Flavours change regularly and
although we have the old favourites such as rich chocolate
and vanilla bean, we also have some more unusual ones like
rhubarb crumble or toblerone! |

We have over 60 different individual handmade chocolates for
you to choose from. And then of course, there's Claire's famous
chocolate coated toffees. Or the coated nuts. Or the hollow
koalas and eggs made from our creamy milk or rich dark chocolate.
Or the coated soft fluffy nougat. Whatever your taste, we're
sure we have something here that's spot on for you! |

How
to find us
We're located in the heart of the Blue Mountains to the west
of Sydney. Just hop on a trolley tours bus in Katoomba (http://www.trolleytours.com.au/)
and ask them to drop you off, or if you're on foot or driving
yourself, take Lurline Street towards the Three Sisters and
Echo Point, and you'll find us about 300 metres before the
views, on the left hand side of the road. We have free parking
